1. Privacy Policy
Information We Collect
When you use our website's Strategy Call intake form or Guided Onboarding request form, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include:
- Name and job title
- Company name and industry sector
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Project scope details and any files you upload (e.g. specifications, drawings)
We also automatically collect standard website usage data (such as pages visited) through Google Analytics, and we use Google reCAPTCHA to verify that form submissions are made by a human rather than automated software.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule a strategy call
- To process and review your Guided Onboarding request
- To prepare a project brief ahead of a scheduled call
- To send you scheduling confirmations, status updates, and related account communications
- To improve our website and services through aggregated, non-identifying analytics
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate our website and internal workflow, including our workflow automation platform (used to route your submission to our team), Google reCAPTCHA and Google Analytics (used for spam prevention and site analytics), and Microsoft Outlook/Calendar (used solely to schedule calls you request).
No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your phone number and SMS consent are used exclusively by DYSEDC to communicate with you about your own inquiry.
Data Retention & Security
We retain submission data for as long as reasonably necessary to service your inquiry and maintain our business records, and we use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect it in transit and in storage.
Your Choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of SMS messages at any time (see Section 2 below). To exercise any of these choices, contact us at jortiz@dysedc.com.
